Yes, dilutive
Given the liquidity levels are quite low in OLL any large sell down will have an impact as we are seeing right now. In my opinion it's best to go against the grain and buy in these times. It's one way atm, but It doesn't change the story.
I agree they probably did go a bit too hard on handing out options. Definitely makes it more volatile. Not a red flag for me though. I'm happy to pick up more on the downturns or wait it out.
Anyways seller could keep smashing down. It looks like they have sold a few chunky parcels in screen down a few price steps already. My best guess is this should bounce once they are gone.
