So, referring to the dude who said they are offering additional 2.5 mill ordinary shares. That is not correct.
If you read English, go look at their files appendix 2a on2/3. It was someone within the company who exercised 2.5mil ordinary shares options. Meaning someone in the company just converted 2.5 mil ordinary shares from option paper to actual holdings.
