These guys have been directors before, even my son knows they have to disclose shares given to directors and CEO with set timeframes, SHO pay a company secretary top dollar to oversee these things solely, yet they fail to lodge it and from what I read, he/the others sell the pump and yet it looks like they walk free. On the day they were issued coincidentally out comes an announcement and over 173m shares traded with massive dumping the news, leaving small time holders screwed. Criminal IMO.
