Could not agree more with "Ralphptf". It is shocking and one of the main reasons for myself NOT trusting the YRR/AVL management. I do like the grounds however. But excellent management always is KEY for the ultimate success or otherwise....

PS: IF I had full confidence in the management of this company, my "Sentiment" would read "Buy" rather than "Hold"....
