The 250k for 2 years seems an easier option for anyone with a business to do so,if they didn't have the 2.5 million assets given that your personal home isn't included.
Once you have the cert, is there a place where 708 investors can go to see the offers available ? or is it done more through the individual brokers and you contact them to let them know you are available if something comes up?
