The issues with the cobra trial and the inability to distinguish what was and wasn't a positive lesion were certainly discussed here at the time, we can only assume that in coordination with the FDA clarity has designed the phase 3 trial to deal with that issue. How they are dealing with it I've got no idea but it would be rather stupid to go into a phase 3 trial knowing that you've got that problem undealt with
