OK finally had a chance to read the results and this is my opinion a fantastic result and shows the Australian market has no clue about CU6. Most of what I wanted to say had been covered by ChatGPT (thanks @ma420) and @ttppxx, so only a few extra comments.
1. The approach taken here by CU6 is exactly the right one - if you can move up the lines of treatment to pre-chemo then you always should. Response rates drop like a stone after each line of failed therapy.
2. My only quibble is the step back from 12GBq to 8GBq might have been too great. I would really like to see 10GBq explored as there appears to be some AE headroom at 8GBq to go higher. One way around this might be to add an 10GBq arm say after 12 patients in if there is no serious AEs seen at 8GBq.
3. I hope CU6 gets much more aggressive in recruiting patients. I would like to see the 24 patient expanded to 100-200 patients with an go/no go interim analysis done after 24. Doing great science and taking each step carefully needs to be balanced with speed to market.
