But, isnt that exactly what we are doing: "Looking for what's wrong!" If we knew - we too would perhaps act accordingly, and run for the hills before cash completely gets decimated!
It's just that in the process of searching, we can not see what it is that's gone wrong, esp to the extent that justifies the sp crash! What do you do next? Sit tight, or follow the crowd out the door? And when? $8 would have been brilliant!
The fact we are only seeing and reporting what's right is not the problem in my view. The other part (what's wrong), if it exists - is hidden from us by those who know, and obviously by the market itself since we trust that it knows what it is!
In our ignorance, we conclude that it's a buying opportunity, and so we buy where we can. We remember the saying 'Be greedy when others are fearful'!
But the market is bigger, so we keep getting crashed.
Until the fog clears. By then, we might be at the botton anywhere: whats the point of leaving when the only way from there is up?
Unless ofcourse, its a terminal case! Clarity is definitely not terminal though. If it comes down to it, I expect Telix would jump in. Its a matter of pricing, I feel!
