The low interest rate environment you're referring to is the published rates the public see, these rate do not apply and are not the same for commercial loans, it's a completely different environment - the rates are calculated more off the risk involved.

My thoughts are these are great terms and the funds secured were a lot higher than I expected. I thought KTD was going to stop chasing growth and focus more on turning what they have into profit, but with these funds it looks like we are full steam ahead with growth!

It takes a lot of capital to start those $5m annual t/o contracts... with $10m we could probably support another $50m plus in annual turnover!
