Not all companies located in Western Australia have their registered office in "West Perth"

"Where else would they be located?"  - plenty of other "registered offices" around Perth/WA.

The "financier" does not appear to be a "well known" mining company - it appears to be a private company.  Since being established in 2006 only two other updates on ASIC suggests it's not a large company, not even a large financier.  Do a google search on their name and you will find they don't appear to be "financing" a whole lot of other companies
