Aude Holdings appears to be one of Rodans entities, he is sole director / secretary, shares held by third party for the benefit of another....probably Rodan.
would like to see the t&c's in facility agreement, in view on interest rate and security granted by idc (SP!!!!) imagine t&c's are skewed heavily in favour of Aude / Rodan.
