Or First Samuel being the sophisticated and intelligent investors they are offered a loan to TZ for another reason. That reason being they now become a preferred creditor. Meaning that if TZ fold or continue in the direction they are going ........ Guess who gets paid first..... QVT and First Samuel..... would be surprised if anything was left over after that....
