Do you mean EUR shares? CLE will be bigger than EUR. The EUR shares are security for the loan facility so they cannot be sold. Some can be sold when the price rises substantially. We need this and are relying on the EUR getting to at least 50 cents. Tony's shares in CLE are in Oakwood where he cannot touch them. EUR has shares in CLE. This is interesting. He knows the potential of Iron Bear. That is one reason why he won't sell. It is why he gave CLE life support. But there is another unseen reason that he won't sell and that is the CLE (and CUF) shares prevent a take-over bid for EUR. Few see this and understand it.
