I think you are mistaken.

Cyclones shares in CUFe where used as security for the EUR loan.

EUR could not take security over there own shares.

The Cyclone loan from EUR was converted to equity. Hence EUR is the largest shareholder in CLE.

There is no longer any money owed to EUR, as far as I'm aware.
