CAD 7.4B =USD 5.5B over 3.5 times Wolfburg. Even if this is only half right (I have different figures myself, these are old figures) it is a game changer. As stated before, I can't see Cyclone developing this by themselves. They just do not have the doh-rah-me. But there are lots of companies with deep pockets that can develop it. With or without CLE (a JV or outright sell).
