    I can't see a TO as there is TO protection. EUR and TS own over 15%. They don't have to garner much support to stop a TO. EUR has a far different matrix. Although a JV may be good, I can't see it. CLE doesn't have anything to keep the lights on with. A JV with some cash up front would be good. An outright sale would not realize the full value. A sale with a tail say 2.5% NSR would be good. But I would like to be a lot closer to 1B than a half.
