This wasnt a loan, it was the London Mining board pulling out money from their controlled entities into the Cayman Islands. There was great analysis post in here in about 2019 on this, linked the Sage to the group he paid money out to. I will see if I can find it, interesting read about the behaviours of TS and all the content from it from public exchange annoucements and registers.
