Hehe, PRR has huge risks with great promising, right?
It is billions of dollars market for its CVa cancer therapy but it just needs 12 million dollar of bloods to open the door of this huge market, right?
No free lunch in the market and if no commercialization fund, PRR could close the door and how much the existing shareholders could get? Zero!
Why do you play the pennies? You want to get dollars, right? So now some big boy would like to share the risks and of course it is to get the dollars in future as you and me want.
If CVa and PRR could open its market, 12 million dollars to them is nothing. It is not a issue how much money it has spent but how much it will made in future.
I don't think in the current market sentiment and after the Biotech has been battered for years, PRR could get better deal.
You are right the key is the fund would make PRR to get CVa into the market and make the money. This fund make PRR no worries about the money at least now.
