Good announcement from a funding/project advancement point of view.
$12million dollars at these prices though will blow the share structure out by 5-7 times.
But good sign that investments firms are signing with PRR.
Fortrend would like their first equity stake at .05-.08 imo and a chunky one imo.
I'll tip 0.08 for $5million dollars = a 3B for 62.5million shares. Then up she goes from there.
