    Looks to me like your company has just dealt out a strategic stake in ABU to a 3rd party who benefited from comprehensive DD at a significant discount to the recent trading range to raise an amount that looks inadequate to transition the company to a commercial scale gold producer net of ongoing admin and exploration costs. IMO they could have done a lot better.
