It seems like i might be robinson crusoe but my first thoughts re the deal are pretty positive. pacific road capital are respected mining financiers and their presence (and hopefully positive due diligence) will add greatly to ABM's credibility. Also, if we hope to gain institutional traction, we need to have more formal quantification of what, in my opinion, will be shown to be awesome gold resources.

The dilution may be an unwelcome surprise for many and perhaps also the placement price but such is the current finance market for junior explorers/producers. One needs to weigh up the pros and cons of potentially fast tracking more substantial mining/production operations against the new capital dilution.
