Bigig - this is a great deal for Pacific Road investors as is provides them with a very cheap entry into a quality gold production opportunity and potentially ongoing investment banking opportunities through convertible note issues (as has been the case with a number of PE groups in recently times). However I struggle to see how this is a great deal for ABU shareholders.
