That is extreme. Management are much larger share holders than any of us.

I don't like the dilution either although I do like the ability to do 30km of drilling at OP using the funds. If the resource grows by significantly more than 20%, its money worth spending. If the resource does grow by say 30-50% on the back of a 20% dilution, it will be value added even for existing holders.
However I did prefer the previously stated strategy of organic growth. Perhaps management now sees a lot of exploration upside and feels its worthwhile to fast track. I don't know why the change of strategy. I do expect they are doing what they consider is best for all holders in this co.
