Petey, are you kidding? Please refer to my previous post to convince you why and read carefully...the facts don't lie and it ain't rocket science that we've been stooged.
It's not the intention of the placement itself. It's the hugely discounted strike price that was agreed between DH & PR (without shareholders knowledge or approval) that has left a sour taste in our mouths and leaves us no option but to question mgmt's ability to deliver value for ALL shareholders.
