According to the last Ann Rep, HSBC, JPM and Citicorp between them held 33% of ABU shares. I doubt whether this CR would have been progressed without their imprimatur.
I think a decision has been made to go for a much larger operation and more agressive drilling program than has on the table. Hopefully another board member directly representing the investor will lead to much better communications and more publicity for ABM.
