Yes, clearly that is the intention, but they've never told anyone any time frames - so why would anyone expect it to be done soon?
What i have heard from Chris is that they are focussing on SEAsia and in particular Telenor subsiduaries - but he never gave time frames. So whilst i believe that's the next target, it could be 12 months away.
