hbs - it doesnt matter what your, mine or anyone elses opinion on NMS is - if MQC small cap fund is top heavy NMS, then according to the fund rules, they have to offload to bring it back into line.

now if that offloading means selling on market, or quite possibly just XT into other funds, at an agreed 57c, then so be it.

the numbers arent huge, so either way when its over the long termers will be smiling.
