Out of curiousity, what were the three contingencies? Presumably:
1. Tassie with upfront cash.
2. Energy mad sale
3. Debt/rollover

Todays announcement probably just makes up for Tassie. So perhaps they need another similar sized contract before the sp moves.

Still very positive IMO and great that INT get repeat customers.

I almost want to have a BUY sentiment. Just lacking trust at the moment. But another contract would sway me.
