Firstly the share price moved from 22 Jan at 25.5c, to 25.0, 24.0, 23.0, 21.5, 23.5 and 26.5 by the 2 nd of feb. Volumes were low. ENT is relatively illiquid, it takes very little to drive the SP up or down. How you can draw the conclusion that the price was deliberatly driven up when there was a moderate movement which is in line with the ASX movements for that period.

Your other comparison to RHM and CYS also indicates you need to do more homework.
RHM appear to have a long way to go to catch ENT.
CYS has the same commodities however to evaluate check the stage of exploration and the area of their prime holdings. My analysis indicates ENT are more advanced, have more area, better geography and a better geological and management team.
Also refer to Rumpelstiltskin's comment that the sellers of the iron tenements accepted shares not cash also supporting the sellers valuation of the future of the company.
ENT's cap is 2.5 times CYS which reflects the information above.
