re: Ann: Secures Options to Acquire Two Iron ... While I agree with another Poster about the share price always ending up below the Placement price whenever a Placement is carried out, and I hate that, there must be more to these recent acquisitions than meets the eye.

The bulk of the purchase price agreement was a share issue to the seller(s).

Surely if that was an attractive thing, and it must have been to be agreed to, then the buyer (ENT) must be giving the seller some indication of the share's future value to create that attraction.

Let's hope there's something more than the "nearology" (to SFR) that drove the price up late last year.
