Ann: SECURES SALES AGREEMENT FOR 100,000 TONNES HMC, page-31

31st (yesterday) should have been the last day allowed. There was the usual rush of companies releasing their reports up until around 7pm last night.

I thought it was an automatic trading suspension, instigated by the ASX if the reports were not lodged on time, but we have been happily trading away today??

Stuffed if I know, I presumed there were no exemptions but who knows. Unless they have changed their reporting period to March / September for some reason, but I haven't seen any announcements to reflect this. Last report was for December 19 so doesn't look like that's the reason.

Might give them a ring tomorrow.
Maybe the dog ate it!
