I think this is money well spent during the financing period. He will both assist in enabling the binding term sheet but also have sufficient experience to keep the Gerald team honest so we're not taken advantage off by a better resourced and more experienced team. He will also know where and how else we can go to look for funding as we need to keep our options open during negotiations.
We are now building a team that can execute on the project. If the new team can keep the momentum going, I can see a much improved 2025.
