CDC guideline for treatment of Covid 19 (last updated 25/6/2020)
- recently added recommendations of dexamethasone for severe cases requiring ventilation, no benefits in patients without oxygen requirement
- previous recommendation was remdesivir for severe cases , (but gilead is gonna start charging $3-4K per treatment and US is hoarding all the treatments although not very effective in reducing mortality)
-interleukins 1 and 6 inhibitors.
