with the shares coming out of escrow from april 13th over 4.3 mil shares, expect some directors to take profits, they would be sitting on a massive profit, so selling pressure is expected from this date, so don't be surprised if this falls under 69c and take advantage of buying into any weakness and pullbacks, I don't expect the price to head up until the escrow period has been settled. In the meantime any positive announcement would of course boost the share price.
