My interpretation is that the company is serving a self-imposed embargo on CR only for the period until the 16th except an exception in Listing rule 7.2 is exploited.
If the company had no intention to CR soon, it will read "..........without shareholder approval until after the upcoming AGM."
That said, it's not a big deal. Almost certain majority of the market was expecting a CR before spud imo.
My interpretation is that the company is serving a self-imposed...
