Well evaluation and testing does not equate flow testing. The company has made it clear repeatedly that they are not flow testing until next year. Flow testing can't be done as an afterthought close to Spud. Some level of planning is involved. No ambiguity whatsoever concerning IVZ's plans or the use of the funds.

Read further down in same ann. Use of funds provides more info on how the money is going to be spent. Well evaluation and testing referenced is Wireline testing. M2 objective is data acquisition to capture core, pressure and fluid data and prove discovery.
