Completely agree. Result was as expected. Share price was manipulated sufficiently below the offer price discouraging retail from taking up the offer. If management had thrown in some attached options the outcome might have been different. In a way there is a positive to all this and that is the effort made to discourage retail from securing a substantial extra volume and so diluting the registry. In any case, we are still sufficiently cashed up for the immediate future, am expecting any further CR will be down the road at a considerably higher price and possibly only to sophs/instos.
