Sezzle's actual market cap is ~1.72 billion AUD. Google finance is incorrect because it doesn't include the 'restricted?' CDIs in its calculation.

From the ASX: In many cases listed entities incorporated outside of Australia only quote a portion of their ordinary securities on ASX and do so in the form of CDIs¹

At the completion of the SPP, there was 100m in quoted CDIs and 94m in restricted CDIs.

Still wouldn't say Sezzle and Zip are similar in market cap size.
