    simple question appreciate if someone can answer.
    for spp, I received a letter and all I did was pay through bpay using customer reference number and bpay number mentioned there.
    so now i wonder how will they send the balance back to me. Do they pay the balance back to my bpay link bank account or still send a cheque?? Thx
