No, this is not correct, THD IPO price was 5 cents and it went South from day 1, probably the remaining Promesa shareholders cashed out straight away, immediately putting sell pressure on the SP.
If memory serves me, the SP was down to 4 cents within a week or two of listing and continued on its southward journey.
Never pushed above 5 cents. 10 Cents, nice dream, but never happened.
