Looking for clarity here.
When the acquisition occurred and was finalised we saw a significant drop in share price which we can attribute to share dilution. Meaning the issue of shares has already hit the market right ? To my understanding this latest announcement means they are released from escrow ?
or does it mean the 26mil shares will hit the market on the 1st Dec ?
