seems the huge dump of securities correlates with the increased number of sellers than buyer's. I just wanted to know if anyone has the information at what price were these shares offered to Quad Pay for. i know zip bought quadpay for $403,000,000 which is a huge number but given that 50% of zips business is now working through quadpay the move was right. so does that mean a large number of securities were already provided to quadpay and these 26M were released now at the current shareprice on the day which was $6ish. i remember reading more securities will be released at each milestone but cant remember until when?
