Well rather than just grabbing the headline and trying to one line it to your benefit, lets look at the specifics a little.

So you have 22 million or so shares being released over 3 dates between now and 1 June (27 day period). Even if 50% of the shares get sold when they're released, I don't think it's really going to have a huge influence on the price. If you were to say at least 50% of the shares were going to be sold 3 months ago, i think you would probably have a higher chance of this being correct. Where the price sits now, i'm not so sure you're going to see 50% of them sold, I would say far less than that percentage, but even if you did have 50% sold, you would see a parcel of 3.7 million, then 2 weeks later 750k, then a week later 6.6 million... given the daily volumes, i don't think it's going to move the price too much.

If you look at daily trade volumes, you could average it out to around 14 million shares a day traded over the past 8 days.

Then lets not forget, these are not *new unkown* shares. These shares were issued back in November 2021. So it's not like they just printed another 22 million shares that no one knew about.... but hey, if it suits the narrative, frame it as you please. It's ok to dislike the stock/company/whatever, but you guys just talk so much shit.
