For what it is worth, page 17 of the 2014 Annual Report does in fact refer to a Security Trading and Policy Statement and indicates that it can be found on their website. I know this to be the case because I checked it out in relation to the end of June option exercise issue. I have checked the website in the hope of comparing the new document to the previous but their IT dept seems to be showing an unusual degree of efficiency and the updated version is already displayed. Regrettably, however, there is no audit record of the changes or additions contained in the update - might have been interesting to see but it looks like we will never know (my memory not being up to it).
