I find ACR to be a secretive company. This is because it rarely gives any specific details or commitments and hides behind commercial in confidence and strategic secrecy. At one level their is good reason for this. At another level, holders cannot hold them accountable for their actions. And we cannot check performance against deadlines.

As such they have put themselves above the law. Maybe they are working hard and well and maybe not. There is little choice but to trust them or sell out.

One commitment they did give was becoming cash flow positive. Missed it by a mile.

This all makes me very uncomfortable.
