I did a quick search, last one i could find was from 2010. In my mind there are 2 potential scenarios:
1) It was old and needed an update, potentially our new director gave them a nudge
2) Trading by directors has been rare verging on nonresistant, there is a catalyst on the way that would change that, thus the rules needed updating
