So after a bit of review I think simply wall st (which is just some scanner software) is mixing up the analysts valuation of OPT USA with OPT AU. Each OPT.USA represents 8 shares. So going from US$2.29 to US$4.63, is like OPT being 43cents with target of 87cents.
Anyway 3% increase in USA for the shares.
