Probably more due to the low liquidity. Best way to try and play the options in my view is to leave some orders in the market and wait for an impatient seller, just isn’t enough liquidity so you get some pretty wild swings.

Also whilst OPTB does have a higher strike price, worth keeping in mind the risk is substantially less. One small mishap (not exactly uncommon when it comes to OPT and delays are common when it comes to clinical trial results for all companies regardless) and OPTA likely expires worthless. OPTB provides a comfortable amount of space in the event things don’t go perfectly to plan, and more time for the price to reach where it ought to be. I think to many investors that is worth the differential in the strike prices
