With speccy/pre revenue stocks like this - emotionally many people link price with value. If OPT goes down to 30c on no news everyone starts jumping at shadows and irrationally thinks the likiehood of success or market opportunity has fundamentally changed. In reality, given how late we are in the ph3 process - nothing will change so the market fluctuations is just noise.

Personally, from all the tidbits have gathered - I expect ph3 to be slightly better for all comers this ph2b.. maybe something like 4+ letters - for my own calcs I would say 70% chance of success.

I think even 2 letters would still mean it is statistically significant result (ie. less than 5% p value). 3.4 letters was 1% p value should that was a very good result from that angle.



All this analysis just helps me sleep better at night even if OPTB goes back down to 10c
