Its more than a guess right - IMHO, the term 'projection' is far more accurate and appropriate than guessing

Guessing implies coin-toss randomness and feelings, whereas 'projection' conveys a reasoned and evidence-based evaluation. This is reflected in the commentary from the vast majority of posters here on the OPT threads. The science and maths just looks great (at least 80/20 IMHO), the risk is real but small .

In particular the confirmation observed in the Phase 3 (P3) safety data, which projects the reproduction of Phase 2b (P2b) outcomes. This alignment between P2b and P3 provides real mathematical power to the "projection"
